Meltio metal 3D printing uses wire-laser deposition: standard welding wire is fed into a laser melt pool to build dense metal parts or add features to existing ones. The Meltio M600 is a self-contained industrial printer, and the Meltio Robot Cell mounts the same deposition head on a robot arm for larger parts and repair work. Wire is cleaner, safer and cheaper to handle than metal powder. Supplied and supported in Ireland by 3D Technology.
